La Joie Homebase offers access to a new international way of living. Time-defined and shared with other mature women.
The La Joie Ambassador Pathway
The La Joie Ambassador pathway is how you step into La Joie Homebase® — by opening access to home-based international living for other women through your own networks and conversations.
The pathway begins with a seven-week online foundation (max two hours per week). The program has a fee of €950 for both side commitment and to gain access to the insights of La Joie's business. Your Access to La Joie world begins with the same shared foundation as our Sorellas: a structured online theory program.
This foundation deepens your understanding of La Joie’s values, language, and way of working, creating clarity and confidence in how you carry La Joie into real life. Here, you learn how to introduce La Joie clearly — how to explain home-based international living, how women enter, and how to recognize when this resonates.From there, your contribution unfolds organically through collaboration, local engagement, and aligned initiative in real situations.
You introduce this new way of international living — and when there is interest, you connect her to the La Joie team or to a first Connected Living(™) period. Together, this gives you a clear and grounded way to step into the Ambassador pathway.

La Joie Homebase® is building a network of women who live across places, stay connected, and recognize when this way of living becomes relevant also for someone else. Give yourself the space to step closer.
The Ambassador program is a committed step. From there, you begin to move within the La Joie world, with the support of our core team. There is no fixed salary. For the investment and your commitment, your remuneration reflects the value you generate through resident stays and introductions. This can take the form of time within our homebases, a commission, or a combination of both.

As part of our La Joie Ambassador Program, you’ll be representing a protected name and carefully developed brand concept — La Joie Homebase®. Our unique Women-Centered Co-Living model is a powerful, market-leading approach that focuses on creating supportive, inspiring, and empowering spaces for women over 50.
We take our brand seriously and have designed a distinctive identity that needs to be communicated with care and consistency. As an Ambassador, you will be trained to market La Joie Homebase® experiences in a way that accurately represents our core values, our vision for modern co-living, and our commitment to women’s empowerment.
This training is designed to give you the tools to confidently promote our unique co-living model, but it also requires responsibility and adherence to our brand and legal guidelines to ensure we all remain aligned in our mission and vision.
