Who is this for?
La Joie Homebase® is for women who are bold enough to seek a new way of living—together. We are introducing this lifestyle for mature women on the move. Our residents are typically 50, 60, 70, 80+ and in transition from one phase of life to another. Our spaces are built for women who are ready to move, redefine their lives, and take on new adventures in a safe, supportive, and uplifting environment.
La Joie’s Application Process
1) Please complete the online form for Expression of Interest below and to tell us more about you and your interest in our Co-Living Experiences.
2) We will contact you upon receiving your interest letter and invite you to attend a brief conversation with out team member to discuss intentions for your stay and respond to any queries you may have.
3) Following the discussion, successful applicants will have one week to pay to confirm and secure their place in the La Joie Experience or our Sorella and Ambassador program. We will liaise with you regarding your plans to stay with us.

Reserve Your Place at La Joie Homebase®
To reserve your place at our La Joie Homebase® co-living experience by pre-booking with a fully refundable deposit of €500.
Payment Terms & Cancellation Policy
We understand plans can change. Here's how our payment and cancellation terms work:

Full Refund: Cancellations made within 7 days of payment are eligible for a 100% refund of the deposit.

Partial Refund: Cancellations made at least 90 days prior to the experience start date are eligible for a 50% refund of the total payment (including deposit).

No Refund: Cancellations made less than 90 days prior to the experience start date are non-refundable.
