Become a La Joie Sorella
Have you been dreaming of spending more time in Italy, France, or other countries you love — but without the burden of buying or renting a property?
Are you someone who enjoys being part of a community, who naturally cares for others, and who finds joy in creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere? What if you could combine these two dreams — and become a paid team member of La Joie Homebase®?
As a La Joie Sorella, you step into the heartbeat of our co-living experiences. You live alongside residents, hold the rhythm of the house through our values, and ensure every stay flows with care, joy, and authenticity. This might be the opportunity you have been looking for.
The La Joie Sorella Training
The La Joie Sorella Training prepares women to step into one of the most meaningful roles inside La Joie Homebase®: hosting our co-living experiences around the world. As a Sorella, you live alongside residents, hold the rhythm of the house through our values, and ensure every experience flows smoothly from arrival to departure.
The training has two stages. The first is a six-week online theory program (two hours per week, €950). The second is La Joie Immersion — a five-day, all-inclusive residency inside one of our Experiences in Provence, Tuscany, or along the Riviera (€2000). Here you co-host alongside our team, and learn to carry the promise of La Joie in real life.
Together, these two stages prepare you to spread your wings as a trusted La Joie Sorella, ready to host with confidence and bring joy, care, and connection into homes across the world.

A Personal Invitation
This program is more than a role — it’s your door to international lifestyle.
La Joie Homebase® is building a global sisterhood of thoughtful, brave, and curious women who are not done growing, giving, or shaping what comes next. If that speaks to you, consider this your invitation.
The La Joie Sorella Training is a serious commitment. For the investment, you will be trained in how to host La Joie Experiences across our Homebases. Through this pathway, you’ll gain professional opportunities, access exclusive events, and earn time at our Homebases — all based on your growth and dedication in hosting.
The training runs for 1.5 months, during which you’ll receive the tools, knowledge, and support you need to succeed in your first hosting role. If you do the work, the rewards — both professional and personal — will follow.
Give this next chapter to yourself.
